Designed for a versatile fit, the insoles measure approximately 28cm at full length and feature clearly marked cutting guides, allowing them to be trimmed down to approximately 25cm to suit compatible footwear.

For the best fit, remove an existing removable insole from your shoe and use it as a template where possible. Trim a small amount at a time along the marked guidelines until the new insole sits flat inside the footwear without curling or bunching.

How to Use

Remove the existing removable insole where appropriate. Compare its length and shape with the new sports insole, then carefully trim along the indicated cutting guides if necessary. Insert the insole with the fabric side facing upwards, ensuring the heel is positioned firmly against the back of the shoe.
