Where are you based?

We are located in a 50,000 sqft warehouse in Birmingham UK.

Do you ship worldwide?

Can you ship directly to Amazon?

Yes

Do I have to pay VAT/Tax?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is a tax charged on good used in the EU. Wether you have to pay it will depend on where you live and you tax status.

UK

- If you live in the UK, you will need to pay the VAT whatever your circumstances.  If you are VAT registered you will be able to claim the VAT back

EU and Rest of world

There is no VAT payable for international buyers outside of the UK.

Whats does MOQ stand for?

MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity.  This is the minimum units of a product we will accept for any given order.  On most products this is 12 unless stated otherwise.

Can I collect?

Yes, if you would like to collect your order please message or call in advance so we can have your order ready.

Are Price Ex VAT?

My Wholesale Warehouse is a trade website. All prices displayed are ex VAT trade prices.

Do I need an Account?

You can purchase with or without an account at the displayed trade price. We do recommend creating an account to allow you to keep a history of all of you current and previous orders but note doing so will not provide access to lower pricing.
